Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, promoting health, preventing illness, and providing treatment and support as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment and care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Proven experience as a nurse in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in specialized nursing fields such as emergency, pediatrics, or intensive care.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Compassionate approach to patient care with attention to detail.
