Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Orchestrate communication and collaboration among stakeholders from product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining quality standards.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.
• Provide hands‑on technical support when needed, such as reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, or contributing to critical deliverables.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative environment through empathy and effective conflict‑resolution techniques.
• Track and report project metrics, status updates, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology execution and certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP‑Agile).
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Hands‑on technical background (software development, systems engineering, or similar) with the ability to contribute when required.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing hybrid projects that combine strategic oversight with occasional technical contributions.
• Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑team initiatives on time and within budget.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant discipline.
