Job Purpose
We need a Project Manager who can orchestrate cross‑functional teams, drive Agile/Scrum execution, and occasionally contribute technically to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Orchestrate communication and collaboration among stakeholders from product, engineering, design, and operations.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk while maintaining quality standards.
Facilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance.
Provide hands‑on technical support when needed, such as reviewing code, troubleshooting issues, or contributing to critical deliverables.
Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative environment through empathy and effective conflict‑resolution techniques.
Track and report project metrics, status updates, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodology execution and certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMP‑Agile).
Demonstrated ability to orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholders and drive consensus.
Strong communication, empathy, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Hands‑on technical background (software development, systems engineering, or similar) with the ability to contribute when required.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing hybrid projects that combine strategic oversight with occasional technical contributions.
Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or SAFe.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Track record of delivering large‑scale, multi‑team initiatives on time and within budget.
Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) in a relevant discipline.
