Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Monitor and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Track project performance with data‑driven metrics, generate regular status reports, and adjust plans based on insights.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, facilitating communication and conflict resolution.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and mitigation.
• Strong competency in data‑driven performance tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with project execution tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana) – able to navigate interfaces and interpret reports.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in agile methodologies and hybrid project frameworks.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.
• Ability to mentor junior project staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
