Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Develop project strategies, set objectives, and define key deliverables in collaboration with executive leadership.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within project teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive project management role.
Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile, MS Project).
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.
