Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals in Bratislava.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a project manager (minimum 3 years).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Slovak language proficiency is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
Experience managing projects in an international environment.
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience working in the Bratislava region or familiarity with local business practices.
