Project manager

Job Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals in Bratislava.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

• Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as a project manager (minimum 3 years).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Slovak language proficiency is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.

• Experience managing projects in an international environment.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Experience working in the Bratislava region or familiarity with local business practices.
