Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project goals in Bratislava.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as a project manager (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Slovak language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience managing projects in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working in the Bratislava region or familiarity with local business practices.
