Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating cross‑functional stakeholder efforts to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of documentation and detail orientation.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and resource allocation: Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and resource plans to meet financial targets.
Cross‑functional stakeholder orchestration: Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to align objectives and deliverables.
Project planning and execution: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and mitigate risks.
Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and decision logs.
Hybrid technical involvement: Contribute technically when needed, such as reviewing code, assisting with troubleshooting, or providing domain expertise.
Risk and issue management: Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
Stakeholder communication: Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and presentations to keep all parties informed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and resource allocation.
Strong ability to orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
Experience with hybrid technical roles, including hands‑on contributions to development or engineering tasks.
Prior experience managing large‑scale, multi‑departmental projects.
Knowledge of advanced budgeting software and financial forecasting tools.
Ability to mentor junior project staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
