Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting and resource allocation: Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and resource plans to meet financial targets.
• Cross‑functional stakeholder orchestration: Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Project planning and execution: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and mitigate risks.
• Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and decision logs.
• Hybrid technical involvement: Contribute technically when needed, such as reviewing code, assisting with troubleshooting, or providing domain expertise.
• Risk and issue management: Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
• Stakeholder communication: Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and presentations to keep all parties informed.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in a technology‑focused environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Strong ability to orchestrate cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with hybrid technical roles, including hands‑on contributions to development or engineering tasks.
• Prior experience managing large‑scale, multi‑departmental projects.
• Knowledge of advanced budgeting software and financial forecasting tools.
• Ability to mentor junior project staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
