Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small, specialized teams to deliver audio‑only initiatives on time and within scope.
• Facilitate clear stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Make decisive decisions under pressure, mitigating risks and resolving issues swiftly.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, including audio engineers, content creators, and product owners.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics, ensuring adherence to audio‑only standards.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and post‑project evaluations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in audio or media domains.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small, specialized teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
• Proven track record of decisive decision‑making under pressure.
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing audio‑only or podcast production projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of audio production workflows and standards.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
