Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members daily, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional growth.
• Execute project tasks personally when needed, acting as an individual contributor to maintain momentum.
• Define, track, and report project metrics and KPIs to guarantee delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven project management experience with a focus on day‑to‑day people management and coaching.
• Demonstrated ability to perform hands‑on task execution within project environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving results through metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Background in data‑driven decision making and performance reporting.
