Required Qualifications
3+ years of proven project management experience with a focus on day‑to‑day people management and coaching.
Demonstrated ability to perform hands‑on task execution within project environments.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving results through metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
Preferred Qualifications
