Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager – Audio Only to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of audio‑centric initiatives, such as podcasts, audiobooks, voice‑over productions, and other sound‑only content. This role will act as the central hub for cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest audio quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for audio‑only productions.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with content creators, sound engineers, editors, and external vendors.
Manage resource allocation and track progress against milestones.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular status meetings and clear communication with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with audio standards, licensing, and copyright requirements.
Oversee quality assurance testing of final audio assets.
Deliver post‑project reports and lessons‑learned documentation.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in media, broadcasting, or audio production.
Proven track record managing audio‑only projects from inception to delivery.
Strong understanding of audio production workflows, editing software, and sound quality metrics.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work with remote and cross‑functional teams.
